You will need to bring the discovery/police report of the incident that resulted in DUII ticket. Often your attorney is willing to send this to JC Evaluations via email. Out of state people trying to resolve DUII ticket from Central Oregon area, it is recommended that you research your area prior to appointment as well. Items of importance are certain topics (ie the effects of substances on the body, dangers of drinking/driving, recognizing signs of substance abuse, increasing awareness of the cycle of abuse/dependence) that are required by Oregon that need to be covered as well as that there is regular urine analysis testing to meet the 90 day verificable abstinence that Oregon requires.
